The 546 online pH Sensor is the ideal design for submersed applications in open vessels. Use the 3/4 inch NPT process connection to mount directly into the jet cleaners and brush scrubbers listed below. 1.5 inch insertion tip recommended for use with jet cleaners. 0.5 inch insertion tip recommended for use in brush cleaner installations.

The submersible Jet Cleaner provides a simple method to remove soft coatings from the sensor tip without removal from the process. The 546 sensor threads directly into the Jet Cleaner body. The jet nozzle centered in front of the sensor tip can be connected to either liquid or air supply (40 PSIG max) to blast away coatings. (2 inch dip tube and related mounting hardware user supplied).

The submersible Jet Cleaner with additional Liquid Trap was designed for applications when the liquid level might fall below the tip of the sensor.
The Liquid Trap is a small basin which keeps the sensor tip continuously hydrated. The 546 pH sensor threads directly into the Jet Cleaner body.
The jet nozzle centered in front of the sensor tip can be connected to either liquid or air supply (40 PSIG max) to blast away coatings. (2 inch dip tube and related mounting hardware user supplied).

Brush Scrubber

  • Submersible scrubber effectively removes oils and fat build-up
  • Air or liquid driven brush assembly
  • Improves sensor responsiveness

For stubborn applications (oils, fats) where jet cleaning is not effective the brush scrubber provides an alternative solution. Kynar or optional EPDM bristles are mechanically rotated by either air or water supply. 546 pH sensors with hemispherical glass measurement electrode and flush junction are recommended. Sensor insertion depth 0.5 inch must be specified for proper use with the brush scrubber. Brush Scrubbers use stainless steel hardware.

The B41/42/43 Distribution Valve allows you to operate your jet cleaner or mechanical scrubber with a minimum of assembly or maintenance time. Designed to connect between a local pressurized water or air line and your Barben auto-cleaning system with on-board cleaning timers and control relays.
